I was reading all the reader's
suggestions on this site and I couldn't think of anything I could
contribute. Then it occurred to me that I could share with all
of you one of my awesome hair ideas.
What you'll need:
- 1 old towel that you wouldn't
mind putting in your hair
- Scissors
- Water in a spray bottle or your
fave spray conditioner
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- Hair spray
First, prepare towels. You are
going to want to lay the towel in front of you and cut strips
of about 1in. by 8in. (people with shorter hair can do it 1"
by 6" if they want). Then dampen (the wetter the better)
and comb through hair. Separate into 2in. sec.
Add salt to water and spritz
the first strand your going to curl. Start rolling hair about
an inch and half a way from one end. You want your hair to spread
out among the whole towel strip but you don't want to be able
to see the towel in between each twist of hair.
When you get close to the scalp
grab both ends of towel and twist it tight to your head then
tie the end of the towel into a knot. Continue this for your
whole head of hair. Then sleep in them. In the morning undue
knots (do not pull curls before spraying especially if you have
naturally straight hair because that will cause the curl to uncurl
itself and you don't want that to happen) and spritz with hair
spray.
You will have a cute hair do
that's prefect for anything! |
