Remember to keep your face muscles relaxed throughout the day. A quick restart would be to first, clench face muscles tight and hold for 10 seconds, then release. Your face will feel much more relaxed. This technique also works on all muscle parts of the body.
iconSoft Feet - BY TAMMY P.
Lather your feet up with your favorite skin lotion, I like to use Aveeno or Vaseline. Wrap your feet in saran wrap then slip on a pair of socks. In the morning your feet will be baby soft! I promise!

Mix some coconut oil with a vitamin E capsule. Use it as your daily skin cream or anytime your skin feels dry!

iconClearer Skin - BY WEDY I.
For those whoes acne a good way to get rid of it is with aloe. Place the aloe gel on your face and leave it for about ten minutes. Then wash off with warm water. Continue to follow this for a few week and you should have healthier and clearer skin then ever before.

Mix a tiny amount (less than a pinky fingertip) of diaper ointment containing zinc oxide and/or titanium dioxide into your moisturizer or face cream. You will look a bit like a geisha or circus clown, but then wipe off the excess if using it in the morning. Leave as is at night when it's dark--you can use a bit more of the ointment then, too, and call it a facial masque! (Big pink curlers enhance the look!)

Zinc oxide and titanium dioxide are anti-inflammatory and soothing to red, irritated skin--that's why they are in the diaper ointment! They are also very effective sunblocks (think of those 1970s surfer dudes with white noses), which also guards against further inflammation. With ongoing use, you will begin to notice that your skin is much healthier looking, and less itchy if that was a problem before.

I look for a diaper ointment with a short ingredients list, without parabens (propylparaben, or anything with "-paraben" at the end), alcohols, or PABA, as these ingredients have been shown to cause irritation or to disrupt endocrine (hormone) function. The brand I use is Burt's Bees, but there are several healthy alternatives out there.
