I know how hard it is to keep yourself looking and feeling great.
There are so many emotional and physical stresses and strains
right now. So I've got some awesome tips on how to stay healthy
For soft/smooth skin: Rub honey mixed with sugar all over
body, let sit for 15 minutes, rinse.
tip for soft, luscious skin: Mix together 4 cups powdered milk and
4 cups cornstarch into a large jar. Pour 1/3 cup into warm running
water or more as needed. (Also pour in 2 cups milk) Put favorite
scent into the powder mixture.
Rub vitamin E oil all over body (if too sticky cover with baby
powder). Also use favorite lotion. Rubbing half a lemon into
knees, elbows, heels, and hands will smooth and cleanse.
For oily faces: Mix together 1 egg white and 1/2 a lemon's
juice. It's messy but spread it onto face for 15 minutes and
it helps rid of pimples and oil. Also makes pores very tiny.
cotton ball over face first with lemon juice (cleanses), then
with witch hazel, then with Isopropyl Alcohol.
Always drink 12 glasses of water each day, have lots of towels,
bowls, and spoons at beauty time; don't let dishes/laundry/other
household chores pile up, give yourself at least 2 beauty days
a week, don't spend what you don't have, trust in Jesus Christ,
get a good job, think, and enjoy your life, exercise, and laugh.
