iconHomemade Facial Mask and Bleach - BY PARM S.
Hi there, I love this site and decided that I can offer some advice to skin care. After fighting acne and dry skin for over 18 years, I found the perfect remedy in my kitchen. For acne, dry, oily, or any skin type replenish and clean your skin in 5 mins. All you need to do is take 4 tbsp of flour, 4 tbsp of yogurt, and a dash of lemon juice. Mix together until it becomes a paste. Apply to your face avoiding eyes because the lemon will burn. Leave on until mask hardens, then wash away with warm water and pat dry with a towel. You can touch your skin and immediately notice a difference. As well, if your sick of waxing and using smelly bleach on your upper lip, all you have to do is take 1 tbsp of baby oil and 1 tbsp of lemon juice and apply it all over the skin surrounding your lips. Leave it on for 5 mins or even overnight depending on the individual. There you have it, I hope I've helped because this helped me tremendously.

I have a really great oatmeal recipe I use on my face twice a week. First I make about 1/4 cup of oatmeal, then add 1 teaspoon honey, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and some mashed up banana. Gently rub it into your face, leave on a few minutes, then rinse off. It moistures your skin and makes it feel smoother!
iconVitamin A - BY SHIRLEY
I always use cheap to buy halibut oil capsules on my face and neck and hands every night. It is highly concentrated vitamin A which is great for reducing wrinkles, sun damage and acne. I am 48 years old and I look at least 15 years younger. Don't knock it until you have tried it - it genuinely works for a fraction of the price you would pay for retinol (vitamin A) based creams. Within a week or so you can really see the benefits. I would love to hear from anyone who tries it out.
