iconAcne Nearly Gone! - BY SMIK L.
I have started to take a big clove of garlic with my lunch everyday for the past 1 week and to my amazement my cystic pimples have stopped erupting and the old ones which normally dry up into hard blemishes have cleared up so much!!! Please try to eat as soon as you peel the cloves and I think they're better then the capsules, you'll see the difference in you!!
iconSensitive Gums - BY ANGELO
If you suffer from sensitive gums, put some aloe vera gel on them and let it sit for a while. It strengthens gums. Great for protecting gums before using bleaching kits.

iconSkin Cream - BY CLAUDIA G.

A skin cream mixture for dry skin.

2 - 15 oz Bottles of Equate Brand (Walmart) Baby Lotion
2 - Containers of Fruit of the Earth Vitamin E Cream
9 ozs. of Equate Brand Vaseline

Mix together very well, try using a electric mixer. Fill the Vitamin E cream containers with lotion mixture and store the rest in a Tupperware container. The electric mixer makes it look real fluffy like pink whipped cream.

Okay there are myths where toothpaste helps you. Well for some people toothpaste does help, and not everyone has the same skin exactly. you may have the same skin type like oily, dry, combine and other, but that don't mean you have the same skin. For some reason toothpaste does help for me and if you don't agree well that's not my problem.

Well here are some skin care tips.

* Don't leave toothpaste on your skin for over 7-9 minutes.it will burn your skin and cause you to break out more.

* If you have combined skin, wash your face at least twice a day. Don't over do with facial products. The more new washing products you use, the more you break out.

* Use at least one facial product for your face and make sure it's for your skin types.

* If you have dry skin. Mix honey and milk. Mix it together and make a paste and put it on your face for at least 2 minutes. This will make your skin silky smooth.

* If you have oily skin. Mix Witch-hazel, lemon and water and dab it on your face, don't rub, and wash you face with cold water.

iconBeauty Secret - BY J. MARSHALL

Hi, here is something I learned and wanted to share to help others...

When feeling stressed, and not like yourself, try doing 20 minutes of light yoga. Next, take a warm bubble bath. Add 2 cups milk, for softened skin. Take deep breaths and focus in prayer. I've found that this really helps on days when I'm not feeling myself.
