This recipe is good for all skin types and especially good for dry skin.

It can be use as a body buffer as well as a face scrub. It helps to moisturize the skin, leaving it soft.

Ingredients:

1 or 2 ripe bananas, mashed up
1 tablespoon plain natural yoghurt
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoon oatmeal

Mix all the ingredients above and enjoy!

Mash avocado and then apply to your skin. Leave on for five minutes, rinse thoroughly. It will leave your skin feeling soft and clean.

This is a good scrub: Make a lather with soap in your hands and add sugar to this and scrub your face with this. Dry the peel of orange and grind this and make it a powder. You can store this. Mix this powder with honey or curds or milk or plain water and apply to the face as a mask. Works great on any skin type.

Ever find it difficult to apply foundation evenly and effectively, tell me about it, I'm 15 years old and used to always struggle with applying the thinnest foundations, when I read about a handy tip via a magazine.

Firstly, dot your favourite foundation on your cheeks, chin, nose and forehead, blend in towards the outside of your face. When applying along your eye do small dots and rub with the finger next to the little one, doing this will soften it up and that finger is more delicate. When applied look into a well lit room or even better in daylight, you'll soon notice the difference No more pulling hair out over that foundation.

3 drops of lemon juice

Leave on face for 20 minutes, rinse off.

NEXT DAY

1 tablespoon oatmeal
