Make your face look younger and get rid of the telltale signs of aging. Smooth out wrinkles on your forehead and fill in hollows the under your eyes, by using this clever natural anti aging technique. It doesn’t matter whether you’re in your 30’s or in your 60’s.

You can recapture lost muscle tone, regain your youthful looks and infuse your complexion with natural beauty.

This is possible by having a superior blood supply to the blood vessels just below the surface of your skin. A superior blood supply is vital for your face to take on a more youthful and glowing appearance. When we are young this happens naturally, but as we grow older you can massage your facial muscles and skin to help this natural anti aging process.

The key reason a good blood supply is essential is for cell regeneration which is an important factor in natural anti aging. One of the best ways to increase the blood supply to your face is to give it a deep massage.

Rejuvenation of the face through friction and massage is the best way to make your face look younger and the results will be immediately noticeable.

Facial muscles sag as a result of lack of muscular tone. I have found regular massage can make your facial muscles expand and develop, thus effectively removing any sagging.

The friction, if used regularly, will also improve the elasticity of your skin which will help to smooth out any wrinkles and prevent new ones from forming.

However, never attempt to massage without some form of moisturizer or oil.

First cleanse your skin, then use a toner and then apply your favorite moisturizer.

Next, use the fingertips of both hands flat on your face, and massage the moisturizer into your skin using firm circular upward movements. The direction of the movements is crucial to achieve natural anti aging results.

At the same time, hold your head up with your chin thrust forward and your eyes wide open to stretch the skin smooth. It might help to also open your mouth so your facial expression is one of wide-eyed astonishment.

For the hollows under your eyes use your usual eye cream on the tips of your middle two fingers of each hand. Tense the muscles that move your lower eye lids to give something firm to press against and work the cream into your skin under both eyes at the same time using the same circular massaging movement. Always use an upward movement, never downwards.

Make the massage as firm and deep as you can but take care not to pull or drag your skin. Your fingers must slide easily across your face but at the same time you must create some friction and warmth.

Cover every part of your face, starting with your cheeks and keeping the movements circular and in an upwards direction, make your way right up to your hair line. Don’t forget your chin and under your jaw line as well.

This circular movement not only stimulates the blood circulation to your face it also tones the facial muscles as well. So really this is two natural anti aging tips in one.

If you massage your face on a regular basis your complexion will improve and take on a translucent almost porcelain quality. Fines line will disappear, your skin will become more elastic and you will make your face look younger and more vibrant.
