Soothing Orange
& Ginger Facial Mask
(for tired, stressed, acne prone skin)

Ingredients:
- 1/4 of an orange (juice) -
about 1 tablespoon
- 1 1/2 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
root
- 1 tablespoon of orange yogurt
Directions:
Squeeze the juice from the orange,
should be about 1 tablespoon, add in the rest of the ingredients
and mix thoroughly. This facial is very liquidy so apply a thin
layer on your face and neck. Keep the facial on for 10 minutes.
You will feel a slightly warming from the ginger. (Feels really
nice on the skin.) Rinse off with warm water then pat skin dry
with a clean towel.
Duration: 2x a week.
