Chilled Cucumber Soup

6 servings of 1 cup each Ingredients:
2 cucumbers, peeled and coarsely chopped
2 cups low fat yogurt
1 large clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill, or 2 teaspoons dried dillweed
2 drops hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
2 drops hot pepper sauce
4 ice cubes
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:In food processor or blender container, purée cucumbers, yogurt, garlic, dill, vinegar, salt, hot pepper sauce and ice cubes until smooth. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until chilled. Sprinkle each serving with chopped walnuts.
