Pastry For 1 Crust Pie

1 and 1/3 cup sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup salad oil
2 tablespoons cold waterCombine all ingredients as directed for pastry for 2 crust pie with salad oil. Make 1 smooth ball of dough. ( If mix is too dry, add 1 - 2 tablespoons more oil, a little at a time.) Makes one 8 or 9" pie shell.
