Snickling, Smuckling, Snicker Bars

1 German chocolate cake mix
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 stick oleo
40 caramels
Mix cake mix with 1/3 cup of evaporated milk and 1 stick oleo. Melt caramels in 1/3 cup of evaporated milk. Put 1/2 cake mixture in 9x13 inch cake pan and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Then take out and pour caramel mixture on top and add 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1 cup of nuts. Finally, pour the remaining cake mix on top and bake again for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy!!
