Cleo's Bath Salt Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fine sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp liquid glycerin (skin moisturizer) (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Epsom salt

Directions:

Mix ingredients well. Sprinkle into bath water anytime you need to be rejuvenated! ( Don't wash hair in this water, it may leave it dry).

 
Note: Liquid glycerin used as a skin moisturizer. Glycerin can be found at health food stores, some drug stores, or major department stores depending on where you live. Its also readily available on the internet as well.
