Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh or 1/4 cup dried
mint (chop up finely if its fresh)
- 1 cup fresh bay leaves -finely
chopped
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of almond extract
Directions:
Mix ingredients together then
place in a mesh bag such as cheesecloth. Place under hot running
water. Sit back & enjoy. |
