Hi everyone...to make a simple face mask that gets rid of impurities, just mash up a peeled avocado with a fork and add a couple of drops of lavender essential oil. Blend well until its creamy consistency. Apply to face and neck, keep away from eyes. Allow it to sit for at least 15-20 minutes. Then wash off with warm water. I do this treatment once a week, its cheap, and very effective. It keeps my skin clear and soft without all the expenses of commercial masks. You can even place cucumber slices or potato slices over your eyes for a complete beauty treatment.

Epsom Salt Face Soak - BY VICTORIA

I love this site!!! It's so cool! My beauty secret is simple and cheap: Make a paste with a handful of epsom salts and a little water. Apply this mixture to your face...keep on for a few minutes (until it dries). Rinse off with warm water. It brightens your skin, and since I've been doing this I have no more break outs!!!!! It's also great to do in the shower for a whole body rub.
