Zinc for Acne - BY EMILY C
Taking 50mg of zinc three times daily will help clear up acne. I read this in a magazine and after trying many things with no success, found that this really worked. I still get breakouts here and there, but I have noticed a huge improvement in my skin.
Beautiful You - BY LINEBACK1

Hi there.

I am a teenager and I want to share something with you teens that will help you have beautiful skin.

You should wash your face in the morning when you shower. I usually wash my face after I shower. It really doesn't matter,
and wash your face at night before bed. After you wash your face, put moisturizer on.

You should always wear SUNSCREEN! At an SPF 15 or higher.
I use SPF 29. Sunscreen will help prevent your skin from aging and getting sunburned.

Also drink plenty of water, eat lots of fruits and veggies, get plenty of sleep, at 8-10 hours, put a mask of your choice on 2 times a week, try not to get stressed, and for me, I talk to God and open up to him. Some of y'all may not find this easy, but believe me, it will help.

If you break out, just buy some acne medication or use desitin diaper rash cream, this works but not instantly. If your going buy acne medication its best to buy something with benzoyl peroxide. But I give the gals with dry skin a warning. Put this on before moisturizer, or it will dry out your skin! If you don't want to spend your money on medication, then use a egg yolk. Dab the yolk on problem areas, and let it sit for 15-20 min. Do this 1-2 times a week.

Also a great mask to help prevent blemishes is oatmeal and honey. Mix oatmeal and however much honey you want, and apply it to your face for 5-10 min.

Well I hope that I helped y'all out.

Honey Sugar Facial Mask - BY EMILY C
Wet face with a warm wash cloth. Mix one Tbsp honey with one tsp sugar and smooth all over face and neck, being careful not to rub too hard. Rinse with warm water, then a splash of cool water. Apply your favorite moisturizer where needed. Your skin will feel so smooth.
