Acne Cure! - BY HINA Q.
To reduce acne and blackheads use the following method. Take 1 tablespoon of gram flour, add a pinch of cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon of honey, mix it with milk or rose water or plain water (depending what is easily available - all work well), mix all things into a thick batter and apply on a clean dry skin, don't make it too thin because the honey will start to drip everywhere. Then pat it with water and rinse while rubbing gently. If the skin feels dry pat a little moisturizer.

Fennel Seed for Acidy Stomach - BY SUSAN M., -CEDAR PARK, TEXAS
I discovered that fennel seed will balance the acid in your stomach when you have that slight queasiness. Take about ½ an ounce of fennel, preferably organic, spread on a cookie pan and bake about 6 to 10 minutes in the oven at 325 degrees. You just want to brown them a bit. Cool them, put them into a jar or baggy (for carrying with you). The dose is ¼ teaspoon 3 times a day. I just take a pinch in my fingers equal to ¼ teaspoon. I am on chemotherapy right now and it even helps with that upset stomach. I got this tip from an Ayurvedic website which is supposed to be the oldest known medicine on the Planet from East India.
Body Health & Oils - BY RAKESHA M.

First off I would like to say that I love the site! I am a 23 year old female with eczema (dry skin), however I have found that using olive oil every single day keeps my skin moist and supple and it also helps to lighten stretch marks ( I promise!)

Next, Miracle Whip is just that, Miracle Whip. You can use it to condition your hair, or as a cleanser for your face.

Avocados work wonders on your hair for deep conditioning, just rinse with cold water. This makes my hair extremely strong.

Don't forget about pure cocoa butter, trust me, no matter what people say about strech marks, that can be removed!!! Just use cocoa butter, you can even use olive oil and cocoa butter. Use it often, 3-4 times a day. Cocoa butter helped me out a great deal, at the start of my senior year in high school I was a size 9-10, at the end of the year I was a size 4. So needless to say that my breasts were a bit stretchy and not as supple as an 18 year olds should be. Which brings me to my next remedy. Use olive oil and saran wrap around your breasts!!!!!!! This works wonders! Your breasts will start to tingle but that means the skin is tightening. Please try this, and you should sleep with the saran wrap on(not too tight), yeah it might be a little uncomfortable but its very very cheap and very effective!

To grow hair, take a multi vitamin or a vitamin that is made for your bones or joints (msm/msn).

Use vaseline on eye lashes instead of mascara to thicken them.

Use a satin pillow case to prevent split end and bad hair days.

Drink more than 8 glasses of water per day!
