No More Frizz! - BY LAURA B, TUSCALOOSA AL
Shower as normal, except don't rinse out your conditioner, when you get out, dampen a towel, and put in the microwave for about 3 minutes or until its steamy, wrap hair in towel and let sit. Do this over and over again as much as you want, finally rinse hair and style as usual. The hot steam opens up the pores in your hair and lets the conditioner really get in there.
Gum Remover - BY SHANE P
To remove chewing gum from hair, soak in vinegar as the acid in it disintegrates the gum and makes it easy to comb out.
|
Hi, I would like to add a remedy for dry (ethnic) hair. Especially dry dead looking ends. Apply Extra Virgin Olive Oil. My ends were always frizzy and dry. Apply on wet or damp hair. I prefer dry. You don't need it a whole lot, maybe a little bigger than a quarter (depending on how much hair you have). It doesn't smell : ) and makes your hair VERY soft & healthy looking.
Straightening Hair with a Hairdryer - BY MELB
After you have washed your hair, bring out the hairdryer and while drying it, brush it and hold it out with the brush. Get the hairdryer and run it along it while it's held out. Repeat until all of the hair is dry. Straight hair!
