Adding a small amount of olive oil to your favorite conditioner will leave your hair nice and soft.
Stronger Nails - BY D. ALCOCK
My nails have always been weak and fragile. I have tried everything that has been sold in the stores to strengthen them. A friend suggested to take a Biotin (vitamin) once a day. Within, two - three weeks my nails are hard as rocks. It is truly amazing. An extra benefit, it also makes your hair grow nice and thick.

Rosemary Hair Care - BY J

Ok, this rosemary rinse is great if you have a problem with itchy scalp (not lice) or dandruff or whatever, and is ESPECIALLY useful if you have dredlocks.

Get a bunch of dried rosemary and put half of however much you have in a pot. Then, fill the pot with water JUST enough to cover the rosemary. Bring to boil, then simmer on low heat for about thirty minutes. Strain the water into a cup or jar, etc. Then, pour back into the pot. Then add as much of the remaining rosemary as you can in the water (but be sure the water still covers the rosemary) and boil for another 20 minutes. It is best used on just washed hair and slightly warm. You can pour over your entire scalp or dab on with a cotton ball, just keep it in contact with your scalp for as long as possible.
