So far the feet may be the most overworked part of the body. From the time we wake up until we get home and sleep, it is being used. And how are your feet today? Are you taking care of it? Every now and then perhaps it would do nice for our feet to have a little luxury and comfort.

That's because your feet have loads of accupressure points that when stimulated, make your entire body feel great. A massage is as good a comforter as anything else. There are many demands for health spas and massage centers lately that almost everywhere you go there is always one of these establishments available, and always a great option for a relaxing visit is having a foot massage. That is because of its holistic benefits:

• Leg Cramps and Calf Pain - Increased blood flow and massaging will help release muscle cramp and soothe pain.
• Thighs and Hips - Increasing blood flow to the thighs and hips may help reduce swelling and lessen swelling, pain and stiffness.
