- 2 tablespoons
butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated
milk
- 1 2/3 cup
sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon
salt
- 2 cups miniature
marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate
chips
- 1 teaspoon
vanilla
Combine butter,
milk, salt in a medium size pot on medium heat. Bring to a boil.
Cook 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir
in marshmallows, chocolate, vanilla. Stir vigorously for 1 minute
until marshmallows and chocolate melt and blend. Pour into 8
inch square buttered pan. Cool. Cut into squares. |
