Fruit Smoothie

Put 1/2 cup to a cup of your favourite fruit into a blender. I use anything that's in season -- apricots, peaches, bananas, kiwis, anything except apples, which I find too tart. Puree until they're mushy. Then
add 1/2 cup of natural yogurt and 1/2 cup of milk, orange juice or soya beverage. Puree again. Add an ice cube OR a tablespoon of frozen fruit (I like frozen raspberries) and puree again. Serves two.

This is great for breakfast. Sometimes I add a spoonful of peanut butter!
