4 Natural Home Remedies for Toothaches

When you have a sudden toothache and cannot get to a dentist right away, try these home remedies to ease the pain. Relief is on it's way!

Sage (Salvia officinalis) : Soak a cotton swab in 5 drops of oil of sage and 1/3 grapeseed or olive oil. Apply to the tooth.

Black Pepper (Piper nigrum): Mix some black pepper with a little olive oil. Soak a cotton bud into the mix and apply to the sore tooth.

Peppermint (Mentha piperita): Soak a cotton swab in 1/3 teaspoon peppermint oil and 1/3 teaspoon grapeseed or olive oil and apply to tooth.

Clove Oil (Eugenia caryophyllata): Soak a cotton swab in several drops of clove oil and apply directly on the sore tooth. (for quick relief until you see a dentist.)
