Do you need a fat/cellulite purifying cleanse?

Weight control today is a strategy of prevention lifestyle - an attitude of keeping weight down. Even though Americans are still looking for the "miracle magic bullet" for slimness, everyone is slowly realizing that a good diet has to be front and center for health and body tone. Long term weight control is always the result of a sound nutritious eating plan, rather than a try at the latest fad diet. One of the great advantages of achieving weight loss through improved nutrition is the extra energy you feel from the fresh juices, superfoods, herb teas and healing broths.

Most weight loss diets have little nutrition to offer so they leave you feeling tired and lifeless. In the end, even if you lose weight, your body feels so deprived that it starts ravenous cravings for foods that put the weight right back on.

A fat/cellulite cleanse is one of the best ways to jump start a new health program. Unhealthy fats, like saturated fats in meats and dairy foods, trans-fats like those in many dairy foods, hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils like those in margarine, shortening and many snack foods, and oxidized fats, like those in all fried foods, collect into excess body fat. Sugary foods and highly processed foods (like fast foods) are so devoid of digestive enzymes that they end up collecting as excess fat, too. Further, if you are congested, your body tries to dump its metabolic wastes to get them out of the way - one of the places that receives metabolic wastes is excess fat.



Is your body showing signs that it needs a fat/cellulite cleanse?

  • Is cellulite collecting on your hips, thighs or tummy? (Cellulite is a combination of fat, water and trapped wastes beneath the skin.)
  • Are your upper arms slightly flabby or your waistline noticeably thicker?
  • Does your face look jowl-y or puffy? Have your wrists and ankles thickened?

Pointers for best results from your fat/cellulite cleanse:

  • Drink plenty of water! Eight glasses of bottled water each day of your cleanse (can include herbal teas).
  • Enzymes are a dieters best friend! Enzyme-rich juices and foods help you lose and maintain your ideal weight.
  • Include a superfood drink once or twice a day for energy and nutrient content.
  • Boost your fiber intake. Fiber is another key to weight control, especially for men.
  • Watch your fats like a hawk! Unhealthy fats (see above) make you gain weight...... healthy fats assist weight loss.

Improvement signs show that your body is responding to the cleanse.

  • Energy levels rise almost every day as you go forward with the cleanse. Your weight will drop as you go forward with the cleanse.
  • Digestion noticeably improves as toxins are flushed and high-quality nutrients are more quickly absorbed.
  • Elimination problems, often associated with weight problems will almost certainly lessen.
  • Circulation will noticeably improve, as will all cardiopulmonary performance.

Continuing diet notes: Drink plenty of water for good weight maintenance. Water can help an overeater get past weight loss plateaus; decreasing water intake causes increased fat deposits. Drink all liquids before eating, to suppress appetite and maintain a high metabolic rate. Make sure at least 50 percent of your diet is composed or fresh foods and juices. Fresh food calories are relatively non-stimulating to glands and tend to stabilize weight. Add sea vegetables to your diet every day.
