Weight control today is a strategy
of prevention lifestyle - an attitude of keeping weight down.
Even though Americans are still looking for the "miracle
magic bullet" for slimness, everyone is slowly realizing
that a good diet has to be front and center for health and body
tone. Long term weight control is always the result of a sound
nutritious eating plan, rather than a try at the latest fad diet.
One of the great advantages of achieving weight loss through
improved nutrition is the extra energy you feel from the fresh
juices, superfoods, herb teas and healing broths.

nutrition to offer so they leave you feeling tired and lifeless.
In the end, even if you lose weight, your body feels so deprived
that it starts ravenous cravings for foods that put the weight
right back on.
A fat/cellulite cleanse is one
of the best ways to jump start a new health program. Unhealthy
fats, like saturated fats in meats and dairy foods, trans-fats
like those in many dairy foods, hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated
oils like those in margarine, shortening and many snack foods,
and oxidized fats, like those in all fried foods, collect into
excess body fat. Sugary foods and highly processed foods (like
fast foods) are so devoid of digestive enzymes that they end
up collecting as excess fat, too. Further, if you are congested,
your body tries to dump its metabolic wastes to get them out

Continuing diet notes: Drink plenty of water for good weight

diet is composed or fresh foods and juices. Fresh food calories
