Marble Foot Massager - BY PIONEER THINKING

This is a wonderful way to soothe your tired feet.

Items Needed:

  • 1 extra large clear glass bowl
  • enough marbles to fill 1/3 of the bowl
  • epsom salts *optional
  • essential oil *optional

Directions: Fill 1/3 of the bowl with marbles, (I prefer using one solid color (blue) then fill the bowl enough to cover your feet with warm water. Sprinkle in a handful of epsom salts and 3-5 drops of your favourite essential oil. Gently glide your feet along the marbles for a soothing massage. Soak your feet for 10 minutes. Your feet will feel brand new!

Stress Reliever Bath - BY K. M. SHARP
Sometimes my work gets me a little stressed out, so when I get home I like to soak in a tub with 1/2 cup of sea salts for 15 minutes.
Calm Moment Tip - BY ME
When I'm feeling pretty stressed, I like to sit on my bed, turn on some relaxing music and put on some lotion that smells good. Preferably lilac or gardenia! :)
Tip For Calming - BY YELLOWDINGO
If you feel stressed out it helps me if I put the tips of my fingers together, apply pressure and breath slowly counting to 60, concentrating on your breathing!
