This is a wonderful
way to soothe your tired feet.
1 extra large
clear glass bowl
to fill 1/3 of the bowl
Fill 1/3 of the bowl with marbles, (I prefer using one solid
color (blue) then fill the bowl enough to cover your feet with
warm water. Sprinkle in a handful of epsom salts and 3-5 drops
of your favourite essential oil. Gently glide your feet along
the marbles for a soothing massage. Soak your feet for 10 minutes.
Your feet will feel brand new!

in a tub with 1/2 cup of sea salts for 15 minutes.
