I got the perfect
face mask recipe. I make it once a week.
1. half a banana
2. 1/4 a cucumber
3. 2 tablespoons honey
4. 1 strawberry
5. a teaspoon yogurt
Chop then blend
in a blender. Put in a bowl and spread on face. Let dry. Wipe
off gently. |

Brush with baking soda or add
it to toothpaste if you don't like the taste. It works great
and totally cleans and whitens teeth. It gives great results
without the cost. |

- Vaseline is actually a by
product of gasoline. Yikes! If you want to have a natural alternative
to this, heres the recipe:
1 part of beeswax
2 parts bland vegetable oil ( sweet almond, olive, grapeseed,
just examples)
Shred beeswax, heat until it semi melts. Then add veggie oil
- return to heat, and mix until beeswax is melted. Remove from
heat, pour into container - glass, aluminum. Put in fridge or
a cool place to set. Take out and then use as natural vaseline!

Lip Gloss -

- 1tsp. aloe vera gel, 1tsp.
petroleum jelly, 2-3 drops of flavored oil (your choice)
Mix aloe vera gel with petroleum jelly, then add flavored oil.
Transfer to a small container. Now, you have a wonderful home
made lip gloss!
