Exfoliate & Skin Cleanser

I have a tip to
exfoliate, and cleanse skin....its not totally natural, but I
really like it, and it has improved my skin, very well! First
as I normally would I pump some of my oil-free cleanser into
my hand, after that I add about a teaspoon of sugar to it. I
massage it into my skin, all over my face, and rinse with cool
water to close my pores. This makes your skin really smooth,
and clean feeling! |

Breezy Mint Facial Mask

Ingredients:
- Toothpaste
- 3 Tablespoons
of water
- 1 Tablespoon
of mouth wash (optional)
Squeeze toothpaste
into a bowl. Add the water and/or the mouth wash. Stir until
it is sort of pasty, but somewhat liquidized. Rub onto face.
AVOID THE EYES! Leave for 10 minutes or until dried. Dip face
into water. This makes it easier to wash off. This opens the
pores on your face and minimizes pimples. |

Lavender essential
oil (pure, grade A) : 2-3 drops mixed in with a small amount
of chemical-free lotion applied to sunburn will take away for
hot, burning pain. |

- 1 tablespoon
of gram flour
- 1 tablespoon
of corn flour
Mix the both,
and take to your bath, use to wash face & body. This is an
excellent scrub and will remove your dead skin cells, leaves
you feeling clean and glowing. Makes your skin so smooth. |
