Grapeseed Oil, The Better Oil - BY LIGHTEN UP MASSAGE, FAIRMONT, MONTANA

We learned in Massage school during the Hydrotherapy classes that mineral oil is not good to use, especially on your face. It clogs skin pores. A better oil is Grapeseed oil. We use grapeseed oil mixed into paraffin wax then add lavender essential oil in our paraffin wax treatment for hands, elbows and feet. The grapeseed oil does not break down after being heated, the deep heat from the hot wax reaches deep into your joints, increasing metabolic exchange down to a cellular level and the lavender is also known for having many beneficial qualities. We use it a lot in our Massage/Spa studio.

Mix buttermilk and table salt into a paste and scrub area in a circular motion, let sit for few minutes and rinse with warm then cool water. Continue until enlarged pores are no longer visable. After doing this 2X I could really see a difference.

Blackhead Remover - BY YARDI

Hey if you want to remove blackheads all you have to do is get a small container and in it have a little bit of sugar about 1/4 of a cup would be fine. Rub soap on your hands and dip it in the sugar then rub it all over your face and trust me you'll have a pore free face. This might hurt but the results are wonderful. Then wash your face and viola.
