First you must
make a paste of flour, milk, lemon juice (optional) and cinnamon.
Go to a quiet
room
Shut off the lights
Play some soothing music
Lay down on a comfy surface
Place the paste on your face (do not put any over your eyes)
Close your eyes and place either cucumbers of rose petals over
your eye lids.
Breathe deeply unwind and try to forget the troubles of the day.
Take as long as you need.
