I always use cheap to buy halibut
oil capsules on my face and neck and hands every night. It is
highly concentrated vitamin A which is great for reducing wrinkles,
sun damage and acne. I am 48 years old and I look at least 15
years younger. Don't knock it until you have tried it - it genuinely
works for a fraction of the price you would pay for retinol (vitamin
A) based creams. Within a week or so you can really see the
benefits. I would love to hear from anyone who tries it out.

Don't use tooth paste if you want
to have your pimple totally gone because tooth paste has oil
in so it will just clog your pores back up again.
