To help get rid of bloating
and water retention, add more of these foods into your diet.
You can add them into smoothies, veggie drinks, salads or eat
as they are.
Natural food choices: nuts,
whole grains, parsley, pineapples, cucumbers, celery, cantaloupe,
watermelon, cabbage (red or green), coffee, water, carrots, grape
juice.
Besides eating the natural
diuretic foods, you can also use essential oils in your bath
water. Look for geranium or juniper to help relieve water retention.
Add 25 drops of either oils to a tub full of warm water, swish
around before getting in. Soak for 15 minutes. |
