It is well known
that, peppermint helps to calm down a tummy that is nauseous!
You can either suck on peppermint candies (such as starlight
mints or candy canes) OR, you can put a couple drops of peppermint
in a 4 oz. glass of water and drink this. Drinking water that
has peppermint (can also use spearmint or other flavors) helps
curb the bad smell of flatulence.
