For Soft, Silky Smooth Hands and Feet - BY ABBY C
Here's a recipe for those of you who are self conscious about dry, flaky, calloused feet:

Milk
1 medium-sized avocado
1 banana
1/2 cup of sugar (the coarser the better)
3 tablespoons of sea salt
5 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of plain yogurt or sour cream
1 Tablespoon of corn meal (optional)
10 drops of any essential oil you'd like (optional)

Mash banana and avocado in a good sized bowl. Gently stir sugar, salt and corn meal. Add Olive oil and yogurt/sour cream. Slowly stir in milk until you have reach a slightly thick consistency. If the consistency is too thin then add more sugar until it's just right. Rub feet vigorously (especially at the heels). Then draw yourself a nice hot bath (be sure to light some candles and put on some relaxing music). When done gently buff feet with a pumice stone. And most importantly... RELAX! :) You've earned it.
Remedy For Dry Feet - BY CHRISSY
Before you go to bed at night, rub lotion or a really good moisturizer all over your feet liberally then put on a pair of socks. Do this preferably after your shower/bath. Then in the morning no more crusty feet!
Heel Problems - BY HALEY NISH
If you have cracked heels use this quick and easy trick. Rub Vaseline or lotion on your feet, then quickly put on some nice, comfy, warm socks. Do this at night so you can take them off in the morning and have nice, soft, uncracked feet.
Revitalize Tired Feet - BY CYNTHIA LEWIS
Soak sore feet in a large bowl for 10 minutes in a mixture of 1/2 cup sea salts and 2 tablespoons of peppermint oil (you can use the cooking kind), mix into two quarts of warm-hot water.
Foot Care - BY MARGUERITE SMITH

I love to run barefoot all the time, so I end up damaging my feet. My toenails are always cracked from bumping into things so I did a little experiment on my feet and it worked.

First you need to get some lemon juice and rub it on the toe nail that is cracked. (use water instead of lemon juice if you have any open sores around your toe nails.) then take a nail file and rub it back and forth on the toe nail. After a while some white stuff will be on your toe nail, so just wipe it off and apply more lemon juice. Continue this until the crack is gone. Do this monthly so your toe nails stay pretty.
