Here is a conditioner that
will create shine/thick/soft hair...
Shampoo as normal.
Take 1 pint of beer (any cheap
beer will do, even stale beer) and slowly pour it throughout
your hair and rinse with cool (not freezing) water or slightly
warm water and make sure to clean all the beer out of your hair.
You will still smell like beer
afterwards so to disguise the smell, take 1 cup of Chamomile
tea that has already been boiled and cooled and pour it slowly
throughout your hair and let it sit for a few minutes.
Rinse with cool water.
It is important that you don't
use very warm to hot water when rinsing out the beer and the
Chamomile tea as you will not see the benefits of this recipe.
I use this recipe a lot and
find it to work the best for my dark hair.
I used cider/vinegar rinse
for my hair and found that my hair became oily and flat and it
didn't clean very well.
