Natural Anti-Frizz - BY GABRIELLE K, SYDNEY
Instead of using mashed avocado, try using cold-pressed avocado oil. You can buy it from Health Food Stores, in Australia it's about $12 for 200mL. Use it as a deep conditioner and sleep in it, or just comb a little bit through towel dried hair as an anti-frizz. Gives hair a natural gloss without petro-chemicals or synthetics and doesn't smell as strongly as Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Hope this is useful!
Shiny & Glissening Hair - BY JACQUELINE

Hi, I really like your site!

My secret is for shiny and glissening hair.

Mix: 1 teaspoon of honey
&
2 cups of hot water

Mix until you can`t see the honey. Then when you get out of the shower/bath (after you have washed your hair) dump the water and honey in your hair, while you are still in the shower and don`t wash out. Then just style as regular. If you have dark hair it will show up better, but if you have light (like me) it makes your natural high lights show up!

Curly Hair ( Non Frizz) - BY TIFFANY

If you have curly hair that always frizzes like I do when you get out of the shower NEVER dry your hair with a blow dryer or towel, all it does is make it frizz more. Curly hair needs to "naturally" dry, if it is to wet then you can squeeze the ends of your hair with your hand, then just add whatever you usually would.

P.S I love the site my friend showed me it and now I can't get off of it!

Maintaining Red Highlights - BY ABBY C
This site is awesome. I've followed quite a few of the tips that have been posted on here and they've worked wonders! Now, here's one of my own. To maintain those luscious red highlights you ladies work so hard for here's the trick:

1 cup of cranberry juice (or any berry you may have on hand)
1/2 cup of rose hips and rose petals
1 Tablespoon of orange peel (dried or fresh)
2 Tablespoons of lemon juice
5 bags of raspberry tea
1/2 cup pomegranate arils (or juice from arils)

Heat cranberry juice of medium-high heat. when juice starts to warm add the other ingredients. Bring to a simmer just before the juice starts to boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Take of heat and allow to cool. Apply to clean dry hair and let for about 30 minutes (Or longer if you want more intense results. I usually let mine sit until it becomes slightly stiff). Then rinse with cool water. DO NOT wash hair right afterwards. Do this once a week and you'll have gorgeous highlights that could make even the coldest night an inferno ;)
