Plucking Eyebrows Without Pain - BY HOPE |

Don't listen to
the people who say to put ice on your brows before plucking.
Ice closes pores so it will be harder and painful to pluck. Just
do the opposite and place a WARM (not hot) wet washcloth on your
brows before plucking. Afterwards you could put on ice to soothe
away the pain. |

are the best lipstick blotters in the world!, and if you sprinkle
corn starch on them they work as oily spot blotters. |

is that silver you have on top of it!" But they do. Iced
Blue goes with anyone's eyes. My suggestion is don't overdo yourself

if u tab the spot where you are putting the shadow on with concealer
or foundation before you put the shadow on, it keeps the shadow
