have been removing my eye makeup for years is to use baby shampoo.
Since it is tearless, it is very gentle and doesn't irritate
at all. All I do is wet my face and lashes, then use a bit of
baby shampoo and rub my lashes gently. It all comes off very
well. It is very inexpensive and not greasy!
